About six weeks ago, Niklas Süle suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture in his left knee in the Bundesliga game at FC Augsburg. Following an operation, the 24-year-old is now undergoing intensive post-operative training most days - just like on Monday. After physiotherapeutic treatment, the Germany player worked on his knee muscles with the leg press, among other things, at the performance centre.
