Reds get up to speed with early morning workout

The early bird catches the worm! The second day of training in Doha began early for FC Bayern's squad. At 07:30 local time Hansi Flick sent his team out onto the pitch at the Aspire Academy for a morning run. With the exception of Lucas Hernández, who completed an individual training programme, the 54-year-old had his whole squad out there with him.

Working up a sweat on the first full day of training

During the morning tempo run, the Bayern team were able to get their heart rate up before the first full day of training at their warm-weather training camp in the desert state. The Bayern coach has ordered two more sessions for his team today, with the workouts scheduled to occur in the late morning and evening.
