Bayern ready for Bundesliga restart after final training
Bayern completed their final training session on Saturday morning ahead of the Bundesliga’s restart. The record champions resume their campaign away at Union Berlin on Sunday at 6pm CEST following the league’s suspension because of the coronavirus.
The Reds were focussed in their session at the FC Bayern Campus as they put the final touches to their preparations for the game in the capital. After warming up and completing a few passing drills, the team turned their attention to match and tactical aspects. It was rounded off with some shooting to ensure they’re ready for Union. Hansi Flick and his team will depart for Berlin on Saturday afternoon.

“We’ve trained intensively and seen over the last few days that they’re physically right. We have to add mentality and get stuck in,” Flick said on Friday at his virtual pre-match press conference. Bayern head into the final nine games of the Bundesliga season with a four-point advantage over second place.
