Everyone highly motivated

Following the virtual and small group training sessions in the last few days, the players came together on the pitch again on Sunday morning for their first session in preparation for the Champions League. Flick welcomed the players back with a speech, and after the warm-up, rondo drills and matchplay situations were the order of the day. In a nine vs nine training tournament using one half of the pitch, the focus was firmly on fast combination moves. The session ended after just over an hour with a bit of shooting practice.
