The mood in the Bayern camp is excellent ahead of the Champions League semi-final against Lyon. And there was yet more good news on Monday morning as Benjamin Pavard took part in team training again for the first time since injuring his foot three weeks ago. The Frenchman had only arrived in Lisbon for the finals tournament on Thursday.

Training at Portuguese national team facilities

Bayern are currently working hard for their showdown with Lyon at the Estadio Jose Alvalade on Wednesday (9pm CEST). After recovery sessions over the last two days, the German champions completed a full team training again on Monday in Lisbon. Bayern are going about their preparations at the Cidade do Futebol, which is the base for the Portugal national team and where FCB trained ahead of their Champions League match against Benfica in 2018.
