Hansi Flick actually gave most of his team the day off for Monday, but not all Bayern players were able to put their feet up. And so a small group including Serge Gnabry, Niklas Süle and Tanguy Nianzou trained at Säbener Strasse in the morning. The starters from the game against Bremen recuperated instead.
Keeping the ball moving
For about an hour, the passing and shooting drills were conducted with great intensity. The short session showed that dropping points against Bremen had no effect on the spirit of the Bayern side, whose intensity and especially technical quality were excellent as ever. The hunger this team has is unabated and they are ready for the clash with Salzburg on Wednesday.
Tolisso and Sarr train individually
There was good news from the adjacent pitch too. Corentin Tolisso and Bouna Sarr engaged in their own individual training programme. Both were injured in the 1-1 draw against Werder, suffering muscular problems. Javi Martinez also did a few laps around the pitch.
