Bayern wishes the Kansas City Chiefs good luck for the Super Bowl

FC Bayern wishes the Kansas City Chiefs good luck for the 2021 Super Bowl. “Dear Kansas City Chiefs, today is your day, and we at FC Bayern are crossing our fingers for you from Doha. You could become the second team to defend the Super Bowl. Today is a good day for you to make history,” said Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

Germany’s most successful football club made a stop in Kansas City as part of the Audi Summer Tour 2019. While there, a Bayern delegation with Rummenigge visited the Chiefs and chairman Clark Hunt at their Arrowhead Stadium. As well as his position in Kansas City, Hunt is also the owner of FC Dallas with brother Dan. The Major League Soccer club have had a cooperation with FC Bayern since February 2018. A core element of the partnership is youth promotion and an exchange of training philosophies.
