The club football season is over, but the FC Bayern players still have big goals for the summer. At the UEFA Euros (11 June - 11 July) and the CONCACAF Gold Cup (2 July - 2 August, CEST), the continental championship for North America, Central America and the Caribbean, numerous Munich players will be fighting for their next title. Manuel Neuer, Lucas Hernández, Alphonso Davies & Co. and their national teams are preparing for these tournaments at the moment. fcbayern.com reveals who is playing where and when.

Euro title in sight

"In the end, I want to come home with the really big success and win the title," Leroy Sané declared, explaining his aim for the European Championship to ARD sports show. That is why the winger has been preparing since Friday (28 May) with six Bayern colleagues (Leon Goretzka will be arriving later due to a torn muscle) and the rest of the Germany national team at the training camp in Seefeld (Austria). The reigning world champions have been in the French performance centre in Clairefontaine since Wednesday (26 May), aiming to start the tournament well prepared for the duel against Germany. In Hernández, Benjamin Pavard, Kingsley Coman and Corentin Tolisso, there are four Bayern players in the squad of the 2016 European Championship finalists.

The Austrian national team and David Alaba also start this Friday with their first sessions in the training camp in Bad Tatzmannsdorf. Meanwhile the world's best footballer Robert Lewandowski has set up training camp in Opalenica with the Polish national team. So far, the Canadians are leading their group with maximum points, but Suriname are lurking in second with the same tally. Only the group winner will advance one round. On 12 July, Davies & Co. will play their first group game in the Gold Cup against Martinique. They will also play the USA (18 July) with the FCB youngsters Justin Che and Chris Richards.
