Will we see Thomas Müller celebrating like this on Saturday? Despite pouring rain, the men from Munich were in a good mood at training on Wednesday afternoon and went to great lengths to prepare for the upcoming Bundesliga duel at SC Freiburg on the penultimate matchday. For the native Bavarian that meant sliding on his knees on the rain-soaked surface when warming up and rehearsing for something similar in Breisgau.
Off to Grassau after the session
The afternoon session was the last of its kind for Bayern on home turf this Bundesliga season! In the evening, the men from Munich will move into the quarantine training camp, which the DFL has made mandatory for the last two matchdays. But before going to the team hotel in Grassau, the old and new German champions said goodbye to the Säbener Straße with a lot of fun.
