It was an emotional return! Last Sunday, for the home game against 1. FC Köln (3-2), FC Bayern were able to welcome 20,000 fans to the Allianz Arena for the first time since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. Now the capacity has been further increased. With immediate effect, 25,000 supporters will be permitted to attend the record champions' home games.
The Bavarian state government announced that half of the seats in football stadiums may be filled, up to a maximum of 25,000. A so-called 3G certificate (for fully vaccinated, recovered or fully tested individuals) will still be required to attend FC Bayern matches.
Tickets are still available for this Saturday's (28 August) home game against Hertha BSC. Ticketing information
