Hoffmann loaned to Sunderland - Dajaku makes permanent switch to Union

FC Bayern have extended Ron-Thorben Hoffmann’s contract until 2023, with the goalkeeper spending the rest of the season in England on loan at Sunderland AFC. Meanwhile, Union Berlin have exercised their purchase option on Leon Dakaju. The 20-year-old moved to Bayern’s Bundesliga rivals from the capital on loan last summer. Hoffmann came to the German record champions as an U17 in 2015, while Dajaku joined Bayern in 2019.
