FC Bayern fastest-growing Instagram brand in Germany
FC Bayern is inspiring its fans not only with successful football. Off the pitch, in the digital world, the record champions are also setting standards. In a ranking commissioned by Online Marketing Rockstars, looking at which brands from German-speaking countries were particularly successful in 2021 in gaining subscribers and expanding their reach on the social media platform Instagram, FC Bayern landed in first place.
The record champions' official account achieved a growth of five million followers - something achieved by no other brand in Germany! In previous years, the ranking was led by German car brands, but now FC Bayern is the "top Instagram growth champion", according to the study by analytics tool provider Infludata, which was commissioned by OMR.
