Before the 2-0 home win over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga, FC Bayern and its fans paid tribute to former club president Willi O. Hoffmann. The Bavarian, who was part of club management for 27 years, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 92.
Numerous visitors to Sunday's match, including president Herbert Hainer, vice-president Prof. Dr. Dieter Mater, CEO Oliver Kahn, board member for finances Jan-Christian Dreesen, board member for marketing Andreas Jung, former presidents Karl Hopfner and Fritz Scherer, former CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, member of the supervisory board Edmund Stoiber, and Bavarian Minister of the Interior Joachim Herrmann signed the condolence book.
