Straight into the action! Yann Sommer already completed his first training session with FC Bayern on Thursday. The 34-year-old goalkeeper has joined the German record champions from Borussia Mönchengladbach on a contract through to 30 June 2025. Coach Julian Nagelsmann and his team were able to welcome the new arrival to Säbener Straße at the final session ahead of the Bundesliga away match against RB Leipzig on Friday night (kick-off 20:30 CET). Sommer will travel with the squad to Leipzig.
