Journey to Singapore
FC Bayern set off for Singapore the morning after the 1-0 win in the Audi Football Summit against Kawasaki Frontale in Tokyo. The Reds continue the Asian tour here up to Wednesday. Kingsley Coman and Co. received an enthusiastic welcome from a large number of fans at the hotel.
Kimmich and Ulreich at fan event
Bavarian atmosphere and the best of moods awaited Joshua Kimmich and Sven Ulreich immediately after arriving at the second tour destination. The duo were met by supporters of the record champions for a meet and great at a fan event in the Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore. "It was a long journey so we are happy to be here," said Kimmich. "We are happy there are so many great fans of FC Bayern all over the world," added Ulreich who already has experience of the country and people of Singapore from 2017. "It's great to be back in Singapore after six years. We hope we have a good time here." They definitely could not have had a warmer reception: "Singapore loves FC Bayern," called a fan from the crowd in response to the duo.
