FC Bayern shirt with 'Red against Racism'

The FC Bayern players will wear the "Red against Racism" slogan on their shirt sleeves for the first time in Saturday's Supercup clash against RB Leipzig at the Allianz Arena. The cross-club initiative, which was launched three years ago, sees the German record champions regularly taking a stand against all discrimination and for diversity. The shirt sleeve is currently not allocated to a sponsor, and therefore FC Bayern will play with "Red against Racism" until further notice.

Workshops, panel discussions, exchanges with experts – this is how FC Bayern continuously enacts its"Red against Racism" initiative, both externally and in internal discussions. This year, the club organised, among other things, the "Diversity Mountain" for diversity and, on the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day, a weekend dedicated to the culture of remembrance together with the Jewish Community of Munich and Upper Bavaria. In addition, FC Bayern accompanied its fan club "QUEERPASS Bayern" on Christopher Street Day and developed signs for the players with the deaf fan club "Red Deaf". No one should feel excluded, this is an essential part of the club's family "Mia san mia" DNA, and this is also the core message of "Red Against Racism", which is set out in a specially developed action guideline for all employees. FC Bayern will also be represented with the initiative at the Superbloom Festival on 1-2 September in Munich's Olympiapark. The current autograph cards for the 2023/24 season also include motifs with the FCB players in the "Red Against Racism" look.
