Gernot Döllner succeeds Markus Duesmann

At its Annual General Meeting on Monday, FC Bayern München AG appointed Gernot Döllner to the club’s supervisory board. The new chairman of the board of management at Audi AG thus succeeds Markus Duesmann as second vice chairman of the supervisory board.

Herbert Hainer, chairman of the FC Bayern supervisory board: "We would like to thank Markus Duesmann for his commitment to the supervisory board. He was a valuable advisor to us and we will always remain on friendly terms, especially as he is a big fan of FC Bayern. We are delighted that Gernot Döllner will be joining us with immediate effect and are sure that his decades of experience in business will make him a first-class addition to our supervisory board.”
