A double dose of Bundesliga before Christmas and the first match of the year against Hoffenheim – Bayern's schedule up to the start of the second half of the season is set. On Thursday, the German Football League (DFL) announced the dates and kick-off times for Matchdays 14 to 18 in the top flight. After the away match at Eintracht Frankfurt on the afternoon of Saturday 9 December (15:30 CET), Bayern finish 2023 with two fixtures in four days. First the German record champions host VfB Stuttgart on Sunday 17 December (19:30 CET) at the Allianz Arena, before travelling to VfL Wolfsburg on Wednesday 20 December (20:30 CET) for the final match of the year.
First match of 2024 against Hoffenheim
After the winter break, Thomas Tuchel's men contest their first fixture of the new year against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on Friday 12 January (20:30 CET).
