Matteo Pérez Vinlöf: 1-0 win at Wolfsberger AC
Matteo Pérez Vinlöf and Austria Wien celebrated a 1-0 victory at Wolfsberger AC on Saturday, extending their winning run to six games in all competitions. The Swedish U21 international was included in head coach Stephan Helm's starting line-up against the league leaders and was substituted in the 72nd minute with the score at 1-0. The 18-year-old had 47 touches of the ball against WAC and hit five crosses.
Thanks to their seventh win of the current campaign, the Violets have established themselves in the leading group in the Austrian Bundesliga and are currently third after 13 matchdays, behind double winners Sturm Graz and city rivals Rapid Wien.
Maurice Krattenmacher: Point away to Magdeburg
SSV Ulm, with FCB loanee Maurice Krattenmacher, earned a point with a goalless draw at 1. FC Magdeburg at the weekend. The 18-year-old midfielder made his tenth start of the season against the ninth-placed team in Bundesliga 2 and was brought off just after the hour mark. The German U20 international set up one shot on goal as well as having an attempt of his own, and successfully completed 100 percent of his dribbles.
Thomas Wörle's men remain in an automatic relegation place (17th) but their sixth away point of the season has taken them to within one point of the play-off spot.
Ritzy Hülsmann: Sixth clean sheet of season
Ritzy Hülsmann and SKN St. Pölten enjoyed a convincing 4-0 victory away to Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz last Friday. Elijah Just, Stefan Thesker, Ramiz Harakaté and Claudy M’Buyi scored the goals in the team's fourth away win of the campaign.
For Hülsmann, who's been on loan with the Austrian second-tier side since the start of the season, it was already his sixth shutout of the campaign. The 20-year-old goalkeeper has conceded just nine goals in 11 league appearances so far for the team from Lower Austria.
Lukas Schneller: Clean sheet in home win over Hankofen-Hailing
Lukas Schneller backed up his strong form once again in the Bavaria Regionalliga at the weekend. The 23-year-old stopper was between the posts as his team ran out clear 5-0 winners at home to SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing thanks to braces from Michael Dellinger and Fabio Bezesan as well as Luca Trslic's strike that made it 2-0.
The Munich native has now registered five clean sheets in 18 starts, helping Schweinfurt to the top of the table. The Lower Franconians travel to TSV Buchbach this weekend.
