Hello Thomas, thank you for your great career. You were and still are one of my favourite players and the best role model for young footballers. I was lucky enough to see you several times on the pitch at the Allianz Arena. I was also lucky enough to be at your last home game against Mönchengladbach with my girlfriend. It was my girlfriend's first time at the Allianz Arena and she enjoyed every minute of it, even though it was a very emotional evening. This was also due to the fact that I proposed to my girlfriend shortly before the start of the game. I thought to myself there’s no better place and no better time for a proposal than your farewell match at the Allianz Arena.
