Christoph Freund: Vital we make the most of these friendlies

FC Bayern are preparing intensively for the new season. During the Telekom Cup against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday, sporting director Christoph Freund spoke about his impressions of the team. “The atmosphere is good, the boys have come back from their holidays in good shape. It's now really important that we make the most of the friendly matches,” Freund observed. “It's great that the stadium will be full against Tottenham Hotspur. It shows there's a hunger for football in Munich – and for an exciting match, which I'm sure we'll get.”
