FC Bayern also present in South Korea

FC Bayern has opened a representative office in Seoul. The move sees Germany’s record champions strengthen their presence in an important growth region of Asia and aim to further expand their economic and social ties in South Korea. The decision reinforces FC Bayern's internationalisation strategy.

The representative office is located on the premises of the German-Korean Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Dong-Hoon Seo will work there as FC Bayern's central point of contact in Seoul.

FC Bayern have one of South Korea's best-known footballers in their squad in Minjae Kim. FC Bayern played in Seoul as part of the Audi Summer Tour for the first time in 2024. The partnership with the South Korean Football Association (KFA), which has been in place since 2019, the integration of young South Korean players into the FC Bayern World Squad and the long-term cooperation with NEXEN TIRE, a leading global tyre manufacturer, underline the club's sustained commitment to the region.
