FC Bayern youth player Allan Bohomo sets up the ball for a kickabout with the kids with his campus colleague Bastian Assomo busily signing autographs. A few metres further on, Berni is tirelessly high-fiving girls and boys and patiently posing for selfies. Right in the middle of the lawn in front of the Pinakothek der Moderne in the heart of Munich, it becomes clear why FC Bayern are at the PIN. Children’s Day 2026. Through the physical activity programme ZAM AKTIV, the German champions aim to get children moving, facilitate interactions and show them in a playful way that sport and culture go hand in hand.

At the PIN. Children’s Day held at the Pinakothek der Moderne and the Museum Brandhorst, FC Bayern complemented the comprehensive family programme with ZAM AKTIV by offering football, basketball, chess and table tennis amidst the art, music and technology. The aim was to give children easy access to physical activity, team spirit and concentration – without any pressure to perform, but with all the more enjoyment in taking part.
Around 9,000 visitors took advantage of free admission to discover the museum grounds as a space for experiences. The day, organised by PIN. Freunde der Pinakothek der Moderne e.V., was deliberately designed as a large-scale family and hands-on event. FC Bayern’s presence fitted in seamlessly: the children were able to get involved, try out the activities for themselves and interact directly with the two youth players from the FC Bayern Campus as well as Berni.

Bohomo and Assomo didn’t just help the children play and sign autographs: they also took a guided tour of the various programme activities and the museum – a clear sign of how sport and cultural education complement one another. Meanwhile, Berni brought smiles to everyone’s faces and created many unforgettable moments. Through its involvement in the PIN. Children’s Day, FC Bayern once again underlined their commitment to being a reliable partner in supporting children and young people – in keeping with the spirit of the day: getting involved, connecting, inspiring.
In June, 120 children were guests at the primary school competition on Säbener Straße:
