The 2026 annual general meeting for FC Bayern München eV will be held on Saturday, 21 November. The event will take place at BMW Park, beginning at 11:00 CET, with doors opening at 9:30. As in recent years, the date has once again been specifically chosen to coincide with a home game weekend so members can combine it with a visit to the Allianz Arena. FC Bayern has organised a public event for members who do not have a match ticket at the ‘Herrschaftszeiten’ in Munich city centre, where the game will be shown on a big screen (further information on details and the registration process will follow). The opponents on the Friday will be 1. FC Köln. The meeting has also once again been scheduled to take place in the morning to make it easy for members to attend and return home on the same day.
FC Bayern would like to use the meeting to review the past season and, at the same time, look ahead together under the motto ‘One club. One foundation. Shaping the future.’ With over 450,000 members now and a range of forward-looking projects, the aim is to continue to position the club for medium- and long-term challenges in terms of sport, infrastructure and as a community. In this context, a change in personnel on the executive committee is also imminent: at his own request, Walter Mennekes is stepping down from his role as 2nd vice-president. Marko Pešić, former managing director of the basketball department and an honorary member of the club, has been appointed as his successor by the executive committee. The nomination is subject to confirmation by the members at the AGM.

- Pre-meeting programme: A range of activities centred on club life and FC Bayern’s initiatives, including the PACK MA’S volunteering programme and ‘Red against Racism’
- Reports from the executive committee and the board of directors of FC Bayern München AG on the club’s sporting, financial and organisational development
- Farewell to Walter Mennekes as 2nd vice-president and a vote on the confirmation of Marko Pešić as his successor

ADMISSION: In accordance with the Articles of Association, Section 8, only members who have been in the club for at least six months and are aged 18 or over are entitled to attend the AGM. Admission is granted only upon presentation of a valid membership card and identity card.

Getting there
BMW Park is situated at Grasweg 74, 81373 Munich, south-west of the city centre. It is conveniently located on the Mittlerer Ring (B2R), near the Autobahn junction for the A96 towards Lindau.
Travelling by car
Just a few minutes’ walk from the venue, there is a multi-storey car park and an open-air car park offering parking spaces for cars. The car parks are situated directly on the Mittlerer Ring at Siegenburger Straße 65. As the number of parking spaces is limited, we recommend arriving early.
Travelling by public transport
The venue is within walking distance of Westpark underground station (U6, approx. 1.1 km) or Heimeranplatz underground and S-Bahn station (U4, U5, S7, S20, approx. 0.8 km). The Siegenburger Straße bus stop (bus 63, approx. 0.3 km) is located in the immediate vicinity of the venue grounds.

Visitors with hearing or visual impairments can enter via the main entrance. Our team will be on hand to welcome you and escort you to your seats. The entrance for wheelchair users is located right next to the entrance to the business lounge and is clearly signposted. As every year, sign language interpreters will be providing live interpretation on site.
Further information
Refreshments will be provided. No alcohol will be served during the event. Anyone under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted to the AGM.
The following items may not be brought into BMW Park: handbags/rucksacks larger than A4 size, and large/long umbrellas. Compact folding umbrellas are, however, permitted. There is no facility for storing luggage or bags; however, large umbrellas may be left at the cloakroom.
Non-alcoholic drinks purchased at the venue may be taken into the meeting. Drinks and food vouchers will be handed out at the entrance. Voting cards must be handed in each time you leave the event.
