The following changes were announced at a press conference of the Bavarian state government on Friday:
Given a seven-day incidence rate of up to 1,000:
- Sporting events to take place with a maximum capacity of 25%. This means a limit of 18,750 spectators for the Allianz Arena.
- Admission can only be granted based on the 2G Plus rule. That means that a negative COVID-19 test must be presented, in addition to proof of full vaccination or recovery. An FFP2 mask must be worn at all times, including at seats.
Matches will be played without spectators if the seven-day incidence value exceeds 1,000.
These regulations are currently valid until 15 December 2021, therefore affecting the home games at the Allianz Arena against Arminia Bielefeld (27 November), Barcelona (8 December) and Mainz (11 December).
Match tickets (primary or secondary market) already purchased for the game against Bielefeld are no longer valid and are expected to be refunded in the coming week. Season tickets are also no longer valid until further notice. All season ticket holders will be informed separately about a refund. More information on validity and refunds, as well as ticketing for the coming matches, will follow. All holders of either form of ticket will be informed in detail about the further procedure in the coming week.
