In pictures: Bayern's debut duels against current Bundesliga teams

Holstein Kiel are the only current Bundesliga club who FC Bayern have not yet faced in the German top flight. Ahead of Saturday's meeting, fcbayern.com has compiled pictures of the debut duels with the other 16 rivals.

1965/66 season: The first German 'Klassiker' was held on 16 October 1965. Werner Olk (right) and Bayern lost 2-0 to Borussia Dortmund.

1965/66 season: The first battle of the south went Bayern's way. Gerd Müller and Co claimed a 1-0 win at VfB Stuttgart 27 November 1965.

1971/72 season: On 25 September 1971, FCB - seen here with Rainer Zobel (left) and Uli Hoeneß - met VfL Bochum for the first time. Bayern won 2-0.

1977/78 season: FC Bayern's debut duel with FC St. Pauli on 13 August 1977 was a high-scoring affair, which the Munich men won 4-2 at the Olympiastadion.
