  • Captain Benno Schmitz is one of the more experienced players in the reserves. The 31-year-old defender was born on 17 November 1994 and came through the Bayern youth system, first playing in the reserves in 2014. After spells with Red Bull Salzburg, RB Leipzig and Köln, the Munich native returned to Bayern’s second string in 2025. | © FC Bayern
  • Anton Heinz has enjoyed an eye-catching debut campaign with the reserves in 2025/26, scoring 14 goals and providing three assists to lead both the team’s and Regionalliga Bayern’s scoring chart. Born on 7 January 1998, the 28-year-forward joined from Alemannia Aachen last summer. | © FC Bayern
  • David Heindl has become a key part of Holger Seitz’s team since arriving in the summer. Born on 25 June 2004, the 21-year-old Austrian centre-back has played 16 out of a possible 19 games, scoring three goals. | © FC Bayern
  • Jussef Nasrawe is the reserves’ top provider this season with six assists. Born on 22 March 2007, the 18-year-old midfielder first joined Bayern 10 years ago and stepped up to the reserves last summer. | © FC Bayern
  • Robert Deziel Jr. was born in Palm Beach, Florida on 30 June 2005 but has been on the books at Bayern for five years, including a loan spell away. The American centre-back is a key member of the reserves, starting 15 games so far in 2025/26, scoring three goals. | © FC Bayern
  • Richard Meier was forced to miss the opening games of the season with a knee injury following his summer arrival from Sandhausen.
