Sacha Boey joined FC Bayern in January 2024. He was born on 13 September 2000 in the Parisian suburb of Montreuil. After playing in the youth teams of Red Star between 2012 and 2014, Boey joined the academy at Rennes. The right-back made his senior debut with the club on 5 May 2019 at the age of 18 in a 2-2 draw away at Toulouse in Ligue 1.
Move to Galatasaray
After a loan spell at Dijon, Boey was signed by Turkish giants Galatasaray for the 2021/22 season. Injuries restricted him in his maiden year in Istanbul, but he established himself as first choice at right-back in the 2022/23 campaign, when he won the Turkish Süper Lig title.
