From Germany to England and back
The Stuttgart native moved abroad at a young age, leaving VfB Stuttgart for Arsenal in England in 2011. He developed into a professional at the Gunners before returning to Germany in 2016, first to Bremen, then via Hoffenheim to Munich. Gnabry was voted Bayern’s Player of the Season in his debut 2018/19 campaign. He then won the sextuple in 2020. Gnabry made his debut for the German senior team in November 2016 having won the silver medal with the Germany squad at the Rio Olympics earlier that year. He was also an U21 European champion in 2017.
