FAQ Hospitality Tickets

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discounts in any of our hospitality areas.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer vouchers for tickets.

The demand for home matches at the Allianz Arena is extremely high, so the redemption of a ticket voucher cannot be guaranteed.

You can submit a ticket inquiry for our hospitality areas via the inquiry portal.

Tickets for possible matches in the UEFA Champions League and the DFB-Pokal can only be requested after the respective draw has taken place.

Through our direct purchase option, tickets may become available at short notice due to released contingents. We recommend checking availability there regularly.

Please note the general admission information. The luggage storage (e.g. for bags larger than DIN A4 size) is located on the Esplanade, at the North Entrance, as well as at the Guest Entrance (site map).

The processing of tickets varies depending on the match and area:

EVENTBOX / FOYER / FRANZ BECKENBAUER LOUNGE

• The first 2-3 matches in the first half of the season – by early/mid-August 
• Further matches in the first half of the season  - by the end of September 
• Matches in the second half of the season – from late December / January 

In some cases, processing for a match may take place at a later date.

You will receive information about the current processing status no later than 3 weeks before each match.

PRESENTERBOX

For our Presenterbox, which is designed for 10/15/20 people and can be booked exclusively for you and your guests, we accept enquiries for all matches..

However, due to contractual obligations, we can only provide information about the availability of this exclusive box at the earliest 3 weeks before the match.

If this timeframe is not too short for your planning, please feel free to submit an online request for your desired match – we will contact you immediately if tickets become available.

BUSINESS-/ SÄBENER SEATS

The Business Club and Säbener Lounge are mainly occupied by season ticket holders. Occasionally, day tickets are available for public sale. Due to contractual obligations, we must reserve these up to 3 weeks before the match, and certain contingents up to 3 working days. Unfortunately, this is very short notice for your planning, but it is not possible for us to handle it differently in these areas.

Please also note: Compared to other areas, we have the smallest contingents of day tickets available here. 

If these categories are no longer displayed in the request portal, we have unfortunately had to remove them due to high demand.

SPONSOREN LOUNGE

This area is reserved for our sponsors. Occasionally, we can provide tickets for our matches here, but unfortunately, we can only give information about availability IN THE MATCH WEEK.

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE / DFB POKAL

For possible matches in the UEFA Champions League and DFB-Pokal, we can provide information in all of the above areas at the earliest 1-2 weeks after the draw.

Please note that the stated timeframe depends directly on the period between the day of the draw and the scheduling of the match, and may therefore vary slightly.

Please understand that, as a general rule, tickets cannot be returned.

Every visitor to the Allianz Arena – regardless of age – requires their own valid ticket on match days, which must also be valid for the respective hospitality area.

On non-match days, the parking garages remain closed.

Unfortunately, we must inform you that our waiting list for hospitality season tickets has become extremely long – we have been maintaining this list for a very long time, and some customers have been hoping for tickets for years.
We are therefore unable to accept any further requests.
