PLEASE NOTE:
We can provide information on your order in approximately the following time frame:

• The first 2-3 games in the preliminary round - until the beginning/middle of August 
• The other games in the preliminary round - until probably mid/end of September 
• The games in the second round - from the end of December / end of January

Occasionally, this can also be done at a later date in the case of a match.

Until about 4 weeks before each game you will receive in any case an info with the current processing status.
