Advance Orders - Timeframes
It is usually possible to apply for tickets for any match fixture, even before the official fixture list is published by the German Fottball Association DFL.
Visually impaired persons and wheelchair users can order tickets for the coming season from spring onwards. The exact opening date for ticket-orders will be published in advance.
Allocation of Tickets
The allocation of tickets is conducted in the form of a lottery, which generally gives all applicants an equal chance of success. The date of the application is no longer a critical factor. We do however reserve the right to terminate ticket applications for individual matches, should the demand exceed a set limit.
Members of FC Bayern Munich will be considered first.

Return of Tickets
In principal, tickets for visually impaired persons cannot be returned, just like any other ticket cannot be returned.
In exceptional circumstances, it is sometimes possible to provide a refund. Please contact our ticketing department for more information.
Please note: resale or auctioning of tickets for commercial purposes - for any reason - is strictly prohibited.
Your Visit to the Allianz Arena:
All home matches in the Allianz Arena are covered exclusively by two live sports commentators who summarise and analyse the action. If you are interested and would like to borrow special headphones for this purpose, then please take note of the following information:
- Headphones can be obtained from the service desk inside the Welcome Zone West (located at blocks 101 - 103)
- Pick-up is available up to two hours before kick-off
- You will need your ID card as a security deposit
- To make sure that you receive your headphones, please arrange pick-up at least 30 minutes prior to kick-off
- You may return them up to one hour after the match has ended
Your seat is located in block 135. Please note that your ticket is only valid in connection with your disabled pass. We would also like to point out that only specific turnstiles at the entrances to the Allianz Arena are programmed to allow access with disabled tickets.
Information for Wheelchair Users
For legal reasons, wheelchair users are only permitted to view matches from the special designated areas.
A visit to one of our events with a regular ticket, or with a standing ticket, is strictly prohibited by order of the emergency services, due to evacuation and security protocol (wheelchairs could not be safely evacuated from normal stands in the case of panic, fire or emergency intervention).
With these restrictions in mind, 227 special places for wheelchair users have been developed in the Allianz Arena, all of which offer excellent views of the pitch and good access to emergency exits (this includes space for accompanying persons, who cannot be wheelchair users). The Allianz Arena has received several awards in this area.
For statutory and liability reasons (risk liability for the organiser), we cannot offer regular seats or standing room spaces in the Arena for wheelchair users. You must have a specific wheelchair ticket to attend an event.
