
How to use Bayern tickets in the app
What is an app ticket?
An app ticket is stored, displayed and managed exclusively on a smartphone. To use it, you must also have the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app installed. The app ticket serves as your admission pass to the event and is checked (scanned) electronically at the entrance. Quick and easy: all your tickets are automatically displayed in the wallet once you’ve logged into the app.
How do I get my ticket(s) in the app?
To use app tickets, you need to install the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app on your smartphone. If either of these apps is already installed, app tickets will be automatically loaded into the app once your order has been successfully processed and you have logged in.
You can install the app directly via the link in the order confirmation email, or alternatively by searching for it in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You will then need to log in. Please use the email address provided at the time of purchase, enquiry or forwarding.
Do I need an internet connection to get into the Allianz Arena?
No. An internet connection is only required to load the tickets into the app. However, your mobile phone must be charged. An internet connection is required, however, to transfer tickets to guests. We therefore recommend that you load the tickets into the app or transfer them to your guests well in advance of arriving at the stadium.
How can I share app tickets with friends?
Select the relevant ticket in the app and tap ‘forward’ at the bottom. In the next step, enter the recipient’s email address or forward the ticket via a link (e.g. via text message or WhatsApp) and then confirm the forwarding. The recipient will then receive a notification via email or a message. Until the recipient has accepted the tickets, they will be displayed as “reserved (forwarded)”.
Forwarding is also still possible via the Digital Ticket Centre (DTC).
Can I cancel a ticket transfer?
You can cancel the transfer at any time in the app or in the Digital Ticket Centre (DTC) by selecting ‘Cancel transfer’ for the relevant ticket. The tickets can then be transferred again.
Do I need to forward app tickets to the people I’m attending the match with, or can I keep all the tickets on one phone?
To ensure entry goes as smoothly as possible, you should forward the tickets to the people you’re attending the match with via the app.
Important: If you save all the tickets on your smartphone, you must enter the stadium together with your guests.
I have been forwarded an app ticket and would like to forward it on to someone else. How do I do that?
Only the person who ordered the ticket can forward app tickets. A ticket that has already been forwarded cannot be forwarded again by the recipient.
However, the person who ordered the ticket can revoke the forwarding at any time and then send it to a new recipient.
Can I also add mobile tickets to my Apple Wallet or Android Wallet?
FC Bayern app tickets require the use of the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app. We recommend using them exclusively within these apps. However, it is possible to add them to external wallets.
On which devices can the apps be installed?
All iOS devices running iOS version 16.6 or later and all Android devices running Android 7.0 or later (virtually all devices on the market) are supported.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Please check your mobile phone settings to ensure you have enabled notifications for the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app. Push notifications regarding your tickets will only be sent after your initial login. We recommend enabling ‘live activities’ in your settings; this will ensure that, in future, you receive your tickets directly on your home screen on matchday.
Is a screenshot of my ticket enough at the entrance?
No. The app sometimes blocks screenshots to prevent them from being copied. You must therefore show your original app ticket on your smartphone at the entrance.
