FAQ - Questions & Answers on Ticket Exchange

  • Holders of season or day tickets can offer their ticket(s) for sale via the Ticket Exchange when a game is sold out or overbooked if they are unable or unwilling to use them. This means that other fans have the possibility to buy these tickets. In the event of a successful sale, the holder of a season ticket shall be credited with the pro rata season ticket price per match, and, in the case of day tickets, with the corresponding day ticket price. After successful sale, the original ticket is blocked for access to the respective game in the Allianz Arena with the note "Ticket Exchange".

  • The prices have been set as follows: The respective day ticket price plus 15% advance booking fee as well as a value-dependent system fee (EUR 5 up to goods value EUR 150; above that, EUR 8).

  • The purchased ticket(s) will be sent to the buyer by email as a print@home ticket including instructions for use and application. The ticket must be printed by the buyer.

  • Initial registration via the menu item "Login", after completion of the registration the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange can be reached via fcbayern.com/en/tickets and used for sale or purchase. A valid credit card must be entered under "My account" for payment on purchase.

  • The sale may be cancelled as long as it has not been reserved or purchased. To do this, please log in and cancel the appropriate seat in your listing.

  • At the moment the purchase can only be made by credit card, please enter a credit card in your user account. In order to offer the highest possible payment security, we use the 3D Secure process (verified by VISA, MasterCard-Secure, AMEX Safe Key). The sale will be credited to the account which has been stored for the purchase of the day or season ticket. If this has been updated in the meantime, the new account will be used for crediting.

     

  • The credit will usually be credited to your account a few days after the sale. Please note that we always refund the credit using the deposit method.

  • You will be informed about the sale and the credit by email.

  • You can reprint the ticket and the invoice in case of loss at any time under "My account" under "Show booked seats". Next to the booking you will see the corresponding printer symbols.

  • Every Saturday at a home match our hotline at +49 (0)89 699 31 333 is available to you from 09:00 - 15:00 and we look forward to your call.

  • Due to high demand we have made most of the games exclusively for our members. However, depending on supply and demand, we usually open the Ticket Exchange for all fans during the match week at the latest.

  • After closing, we deliver the tickets to the cash register and refund them only if the sale is successful. Please note that, depending on demand, we may not be able to offer all tickets. A buyback is unfortunately not possible.

  • You can assign your email address, which is used for login, several times. So you can manage several season tickets with one email. If you have any questions, please contact support.login@fcbayern.com

  • Tickets can be bought and sold online on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange up to four hours before kick-off, after which the platform closes. You can also release your ticket for sale at the box office. Please note that use is then excluded, and the credit can only be issued here if the sale is successful.

  • Of course, you can also sell purchased day tickets which are linked to your customer account.

  • Unfortunately, tickets from the FC Bayern secondary market cannot be reduced, only full-price tickets are available

  • A ticket purchased on the Ticket Exchange can also be offered for sale again. Please note that we will only refund the ticket value if the sale is successful.

  • BusinessSeats and tickets with hospitality can unfortunately not be offered on the Ticket Exchange.

  • Of course registration is free of charge. Only when tickets are purchased is it necessary to pay the displayed purchase price of the ticket plus fees.

  • Yes, the person entitled to order on behalf of the fan club that bought the tickets can also offer them on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange.

  • The partnership ended on 30/06/2014. The trade or commercial resale is prohibited according to our GTC. Please sell your tickets exclusively on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange.

  • The FC Bayern Ticket Exchange can only be used for home games.

  • These are category 1 tickets, other services such as hospitality are not included.
