How does the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange work?

Holders of season or day tickets can offer their ticket(s) for sale via the Ticket Exchange when a game is sold out or overbooked if they are unable or unwilling to use them.

This means that other fans have the possibility to buy these tickets - directly from FC Bayern of course.

In the event of a successful sale, the holder of a season ticket shall be credited with the pro rata season ticket price per match, and, in the case of day tickets, with the corresponding day ticket price. After successful sale, the original ticket is blocked for access to the respective game in the Allianz Arena with the note "Ticket Exchange".

What are the fees for buying tickets on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange?

The prices have been set as follows: The respective day ticket price plus 15% advance booking fee as well as a value-dependent system fee (EUR 5 up to goods value EUR 150; above that, EUR 8).

As a buyer, how do I receive my purchased ticket?

The purchased ticket(s) will be sent to the buyer by email as a print@home ticket including instructions for use and application. The ticket must be printed by the buyer.

How can I register with the Ticket Exchange?

Initial registration via the menu item "Login", after completion of the registration the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange can be reached via fcbayern.com/en/tickets and used for sale or purchase. 

I posted a ticket for sale and now I want to use it myself. Can I reverse the sale?

The sale may be cancelled as long as it has not been reserved or purchased. To do this, please log in and cancel the appropriate seat in your listing.

When will I receive the credit for my successful ticket sale?

The credit will usually be credited to your account a few days after the sale. Please note that we always refund the credit using the deposit method. Contact your Issuer or Payment Provider for further information.

How do I know if my ticket has been sold?

You will be informed about the sale and the credit by email.

I have lost the ticket and the email with the print@home ticket, how can I access my ticket?

You can download or print out your ticket again at any time in the Digital Ticket Centre, even with mobile devices. We recommend saving your ticket in the Allianz Arena App.

Why are some games only bookable for members? When does the Ticket Exchange open for all fans?

Due to high demand we have made most of the games exclusively for our members. However, depending on supply and demand, we usually open the Ticket Exchange for all fans during the match week at the latest.

I have no internet access / no email address. How can I sell my season ticket?

Of course, the sale can also take place offline. We will gladly help you with the sale. Please call us on +49 89 699 31 333.

Up to what point before a game can I offer my ticket on the Ticket Exchange?

Tickets can be bought and sold online on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange up to three hours before kick-off, after which the platform closes. 

Please note that use is then excluded, and the credit can only be issued here if the sale is successful.

I have no access to my account due to a lockout

Are there discounts for tickets in the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange?

Unfortunately, tickets from the FC Bayern secondary market cannot be reduced, only full-price tickets are available

Can I also sell a print@home ticket on the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange?

A ticket purchased on the Ticket Exchange can also be offered for sale again. Please note that we will only refund the ticket value if the sale is successful.

Is it also possible to offer BusinessSeats or other hospitality tickets on the Ticket Exchange?

BusinessSeats and tickets with hospitality can unfortunately not be offered on the Ticket Exchange.

Is registration free of charge?

Of course registration is free of charge. Only when tickets are purchased is it necessary to pay the displayed purchase price of the ticket plus fees.

What are platforms like "viagogo" or "stubhub"?

Only the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange is an official market.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy tickets on such platforms, as they are often overpriced and sometimes invalid.

Can tickets for away matches also be sold or bought?

The FC Bayern Ticket Exchange can only be used for home games.

What does the addition "Säbener Seats" or "Sponsor Seats" mean before some tickets?

These are category 1 tickets, other services such as hospitality are not included.
