To help contain the coronavirus pandemic, the German government has banned all major sporting and public events until 31 October 2020. The German Football League (DFL) is already working intensively on a scenario which could see spectators returning to stadiums. The official match schedule for the 2020/21 Bundesliga season was published by the DFL on 7 August 2020. Due to the COVID-19 situation, it is currently still unclear whether the matches of the new 2020/21 season will take place without spectators, with reduced spectator capacity or under normal conditions.
In the event that playing matches with reduced spectator capacity in the Allianz Arena is approved until normal match operations return, we intend to grant all season ticket holders the exclusive right to apply for the available contingent of matchday tickets. Here you are not bound by your season ticket category; you can apply for all available categories. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available seats, allocation will be made by means of a lottery. It will be possible to apply for additional tickets (up to four in total) for other season ticket holders.
Our specially-created request portal “reduced capacity“ will be available soon.
We ask for your understanding that we can only provide this special service digitally and at short notice (ticket dispatch: mobile ticket or print@home) due to the official requirements constantly changing. Printed tickets cannot be sent out during this period. Unfortunately, the FC Bayern ticket exchange will not be available for reduced capacity matches until further notice.
This page will be continuously updated to include any news or changes to the situation.
