International Youth Programs | FC Bayern

With more than 10 years of experience, our international youth football endeavours have a clear goal of providing a genuine pathway for boys and girls around the world to grow as people and players through our training philosophy, from grassroots to professional football.

All our programs are seamlessly integrated to allow progress and upward mobility across all age groups. In addition to that, we also care about the people working behind the players. Through an age-appropriate and uplifting coaching philosophy, it is not only the players who progress, but the coaches also benefit and grow alongside their players.

This all takes place through FC Bayern Campus staff members in Munich, who travel around the world embracing and promoting our core values such as respect, fair play, discipline, team spirit, leadership and a winning mentality.

Joining any FC Bayern International Youth Program can be the start of a promising path in the sport, as already proven by over 20 players going professional or being called up to their national teams after moving up the ranks of our pathway. Our ultimate objective is to provide tools and platforms for young players abroad to showcase their skills and reach the best version of themselves.
