You have the following options:

• Ticket requests can be made online via our Ticket Request Portal - well in advance but only until overbooked.
• Is the desired match overbooked or have you received a cancellation? Then the FC Bayern Ticket Exchange is available for you. 
• Give us a call - we will be happy to advise you and take your enquiry on +49 89 699 31 333.
• It is not possible to order tickets by e-mail, but you can alternatively download an order form and send it to us.
• Unfortunately, the box office is not available on the day of the match.

Tickets for the upcoming season can usually be applied for well in advance before seaosn starts - even before the exact fixture dates are confirmed by the German FA (DFL).

Matches will be closed cosecutively when overbooked. All request timelines will be published in the Ticket Request Portal.

All orders are processed at the start of the purchase phase, at least approx. six weeks before the match (depending on the match schedule or draws). Every customer will receive a message from us stating if the application was successful or if it had to be rejected. For away games, tickets will be assigned after the opposition team has allocated our ticket quota.

Due to the exceptionally high demand for tickets, there is an upper limit on orders of Bundesliga matches as follows: 2 tickets per member; max. 45 tickets per fan club.

No. the only exception is if the fixture date has been changed by the DFL.

Yes, each individual visitor possess a valid ticket in order to pass through the entrance turnstiles at the Allianz Arena. For health and safety reasons, it is prohibited for children to attend a match without their own separate seat. The licensed maximum stadium capacity cannot be exceeded. Individuals who are not in possession of a valid ticket would be excluded from the relevant insurance policies. Further information is provided in our General Terms and Conditions, as well as in our ticket policy.

We do not offer vouchers for tickets. As the demand for home games in the Allianz Arena is enormous, the redemption of a ticket voucher cannot be guaranteed.

Are you looking for tickets as a gift? You can purchase tickets for some matches in the Ticket Exchange.

For all home matches in the Allianz Arena, there is a quota of 300 tickets for referees in accordance with the DFB (Deutschere Fußball Bund) match regulations. 

Tickets will no longer be issued at the Allianz Arena box office on the day of the match, but via an online form by the responsible Bavarian Football Association. 

A separate ticket enquiry portal has been set up HERE (german only) for this purpose.

Tickets will be allocated by lot, and each referee will then receive a confirmation or cancellation with all information. Tickets will then be available for download in the Digital Ticket Centre DTC.
