Tickets for the upcoming season can usually be applied for from March onwards, even before the exact fixture dates are confirmed by the DFL.
A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you via email as soon as your application with our ticket Web-Shop goes through. If you applied by post, and included an email address in your application, then your confirmation of receipt will also be sent via email; otherwise it will be sent via post.
Written orders are processed at the start of the advanced purchase phase, at least approx. ten weeks before the match (exception: start of a new season, depending on the match schedule). At least six weeks prior to the respective home match (beginning on the 4th home match day), every customer will receive a message from us stating if the application was successful or if it had to be rejected. For away games, tickets will be assigned after the opposition team has allocated our ticket quota.
Due to the exceptionally high demand for tickets, there is an upper limit on orders of Bundesliga matches as follows: 2/4 tickets per member; 25/50 tickets per fan club.
