FC Bayern host Ajax in the Audi Football Summit at the Allianz Arena on Saturday as part of the 2021 Audi Summer Tour (live text and webradio commentary from 16:30 CEST on fcbayern.com). It'll be coach Julian Nagelsmann's and new signings Omar Richards' and Dayot Upamecano's first appearance on home turf. Spectators are welcome for the match against Ajax, and tickets are still available.

The opponents: Ajax
Ajax are the reigning champions and cup holders in the Netherlands, and are coached by former Bayern reserve boss Erik ten Haag. As part of their pre-season, Ajax recently recorded two wins against Bundesliga 2 side Paderborn (4-1) and Anderlecht (2-0).

As in the previous week's friendly against 1. FC Köln, Bayern will have many youth players in their line-up. Most of the internationals are still enjoying their last few days of holiday and will not be available for the clash with Ajax. Serge Gnabry completed his first training session at Säbener Straße on Friday, but will also be absent. More internationals will return on Monday and start their pre-season with the record champions by undergoing performance tests.
