Training camps in USA, China and Munich

Two four-day residential camps took place in Lake Forest (Illinois) and Saint Barbara (California) from 4-12 August in conjunction with our youth partner Global Premier Soccer (GPS). Led by our international coaches, 100 children took part in each camp. The best players will invited to Munich for a trial in autumn 2018.

The GPS Tour came to Munich a few days later (15-23 August), where 33 youngsters aged 11-16 had the chance to get to know Munich and FC Bayern München better. Along with training sessions with FC Bayern coaches Klaus Augenthaler, Sebastian Dremmler and Thomas Döllner, the participants also enjoyed a tour around the new FC Bayern Campus as well as two friendlies against local youth teams.

In July and August, a total of nine FCB coaches visited various cities in China to coach boys and girls aged 13-15 and pick out the best players. The German record champions are supporting the Ministry of Education in China in implementing the Chinese youth football project.
