It's a first for Serge Gnabry! The winger has been voted Player of the Month by FC Bayern fans for the first time. The 23-year-old confirmed his enormous potential with strong performances in the Bundesliga, Champions League and in a Germany shirt in November. With 43.3 percent of the votes, he was a clear winner ahead of Arjen Robben and Joshua Kimmich, who polled 23.5 and 13.0 percent respectively.
Gnabry scored one goal and provided another in the 1-1 draw with SC Freiburg and the 3-2 defeat to Borussia Dortmund. In Germany's 3-0 win over Russia in a friendly, he again proved his worth with a goal and an assist, and he was convincing in the 2-2 Nations League draw against the Netherlands, where he also scored a goal.
Three fans win too
The poll wasn't just successful for Gnabry, but also for three Bayern fans who cast their votes. Congratulations go to Petra Gerlach, Holger Stütz and Alexander Martin, who each win a Bayern shirt signed by Gnabry!
