A first at FC Bayern: after winning the award in August and September, Robert Lewandowski is your October Player of the month. The striker claimed an impressive 76 percent of the votes, ahead of Serge Gnabry on ten and Manuel Neuer on six percent.
It was hardly a surprise that the 31-year-old claimed the title for the third time in a row. The Pole scored at will in October, finding the net seven times in six competitive matches, breaking and extending numerous records.
Three Bayern fans can also celebrate
In addition to the top goalscorer, three Bayern fans, who cast their votes, also have a good reason to be cheerful as they have all won a shirt signed by this month's winner. Congratulations to Anna Weizenegger, Klaus Drese and Enrico Kalkof who have got their hands on a signed Lewandowski shirt!
