Serge Gnabry scored with a wonderful flick to make it 3-3 for Germany against Switzerland in the Nations League. The FCB forward scored thanks to a superb assist from Timo Werner in the 60th minute. Before that, Mario Gavranović (5',56') and Remo Freuler (26') had put the visitors 2-0 and 3-1 up. Werner (28') and Kai Havertz (55.) levelled the scores up before Gavranović's second.
Kimmich with 50th cap - starts for four Bayern players
Joachim Löw placed his trust in four Bayern players to be in the starting eleven again, with just Niklas Süle on the bench. With this, Joshua Kimmich started in what was his 50th full international appearance. Manuel Neuer, again between the sticks, had no chance with the Swiss goals. With just six points, Germany still sit second in their group, one point behind Spain (7). The last two games will be played in November's round of internationals.
Zirkzee with first goal involvement for Netherlands U21
Just five days after Joshua Zirkzee made his debut for the Netherlands U21s last Thursday, he was able to celebrate a first-ever start (staying on until the 61st minute) and first goal involvement. In the Jong Oranje's 7-0 win over Cyprus in the U21 Euro qualifiers, the 19-year-old forward set up goal number 3.
