The FC Bayern Esports team suffered back-to-back 2-1 defeats against Arsenal in the KONAMI eFootball.Pro League. The two losses mean Matthias Luttenberger’s team remain on nine points but also slip to the bottom of the table.

“It doesn’t get worse than this,” explained a disappointed Alejandro Alguacil after the games on Twitter, frustrated at “sad results” and that they “can’t currently play at the expected level”. The second match was particularly unfortunate for FCB as the English team scored the winner with their last attack.
Turn things around against Galatasaray
Bayern now have to come from behind in the league. Matchday 6 sees them take on Galatasaray, who are only one point ahead in the table. Qualification for the playoffs is still possible, with the gap to sixth only five points, and that remains the goal. “We’ll fight until the final matchday,” Alguacil promised.
