FC Bayern will be without Ron-Thorben Hoffmann for the coming weeks. The goalkeeper underwent successful surgery on his left medial meniscus on Sunday after injuring his knee in the warm-up for the game against Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena. The 21-year-old has started 18 times for the FC Bayern Reserves in the third division this season and is among the first-team goalkeepers alongside Manuel Neuer and Alexander Nübel.
