FC Bayern are the "Bundesliga Barometer 2021" champions

FC Bayern are aiming for their tenth consecutive Bundesliga title this season - but they have already won a tenth fan championship title! In the run-up to the home match against Eintracht Frankfurt, the German record champions were named winners of the "2021 Bundesliga Barometer", measuring supporters' satisfaction with their clubs last season. CEO Oliver Kahn accepted the award, the sixth time in succession that record winners Bayern have taken it, on Sunday on behalf of Prof. Dr. Alfons Madeja. He'd conducted the study on behalf of Sport Bild.

Best overall score ever

FC Bayern scored a superb 1.85 - the best overall mark ever awarded in the "Bundesliga Barometer". Due to the coronavirus situation, however, modified criteria were examined in a survey of a total of 5,300 fans across all Bundesliga clubs. FCB did particularly well in the "appearance of the club during the pandemic" (1.82), "fan support" (1.69), "club concept" (1.71) and the best "image" in the league (1.52) categories.
