Robert Lewandowski on final shortlist for the Best FIFA Men’s Player 2021
Robert Lewandowski is once again deservedly among the final three candidates for the Best FIFA Men's Player award after an extraordinary 2021. The Bayern striker is therefore in with a strong chance of retaining his title from last year. Poland captain Lewandowski features on the final shortlist alongside Argentina's Copa America winner Lionel Messi (Paris Saint-Germain) and Egyptian Mohamed Salah (Liverpool).
Winner announced on 17 January
The ceremony for the Best FIFA Football Awards takes place on 17 January in Zurich. The winners are decided by an international jury, coaches and captains of all men's national teams, selected journalists and also fans around the world, who had up to 10 December to cast their votes.
