C-O-M-A-N! What our number 11 stands for
What great news for all FC Bayern fans - Kingsley Coman will stay with the record champions until at least 2027! Supporters can look forward to many more unforgettable moments with our number 11. With King Coman the name says it all, and fcbayern.com shows what it stands for.
C for Champion
Coman has collected no fewer than 24 titles in his career at the age of just 25! As well as nine national championships, first and foremost is the Champions League victory in 2020. With the unforgettable header in the final against his boyhood club Paris Saint-Germain, Coman lifted Bayern back to Europe's football throne.
O for Offensive power
Whether at speed down the wing or with nimble dribbling in the penalty area, Coman's inimitable style of play strikes fear into the heart of every defence. He has scored 46 goals in 217 competitive games for Bayern, as well as providing 52 assists. Last season, the French wing wizard set a personal record with 24 goal involvements.
M for 'Meister'
It's an incredible run! Since Coman turned professional at Paris Saint-Germain in 2013, he has won the domestic league title with his respective club every year - six times with FC Bayern, twice with PSG and once with Juventus.
A for Acceleration
Coman can accelerate like no other player in European football. With his incredibly fast steps from a standing start, combined with nis nimble movement, he regularly leaves opponents behind. When the winger twists and turns, the defenders are left for dead.
N for New era
For more than a decade, Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben shaped the game of FC Bayern from the wide areas. Coman has been with the record champions for six and a half years now and shown he is ready to follow in the footsteps of his great predecessors. His new contract runs until 2027 - the new era on the Bayern wing has long since begun!
