Five goals in five games! Last month, Robert Lewandowski's scoring stats were once again worthy of someone crowned the Best FIFA Men's Player. The German record champions' supporters were of the same opinion and chose the Pole as their FC Bayern Player of the Month for February. Lewandowski received 26 per cent of the votes cast, beating Kingsley Coman (21%) and Leroy Sané (14%) into second and third place respectively.
Back on course for a Bundesliga record
The exceptional striker followed up his goal in the clash with RB Leipzig (3-2) with braces in the 4-2 win against newly-promoted VfL Bochum and the 4-1 against SpVgg Greuther Fürth. This brought Lewandowski's tally to an incredible 28 league goals as early as February. The only time the Poland international had reached heights like that so early in the campaign was in his record-breaking 41-goal season last year. We can't wait to see what the striker's tally will be this term.
