Marc Roca is leaving FC Bayern and joining English Premier League club Leeds United. The 25-year-old Spanish midfielder signed for the German record champions in 2020 from Espanyol de Barcelona.
Hasan Salihamidzic, board member for sport: "Marc has a wonderful character, and he is a very professional, very good footballer. He’s always shown us that when he’s been in the team. Marc has now come to us with the desire for more playing time. We’ve therefore agreed on a transfer to Leeds United. We’re convinced that Marc will give Leeds a lot of pleasure. His qualities are undisputed. We wish him every success on his future path."
Roca made a total of 24 competitive appearances for FC Bayern. The U21 European champion won the German championship twice, the Club World Cup and the DFL Supercup with the Munich club.
