Germany finished UEFA Nations League Group A3 in third place after Hansi Flick’s side played out an entertaining 3-3 draw against England. Joshua Kimmich led the team out as captain at Wembley and was joined by Leroy Sane and Jamal Musiala in the starting XI. Serge Gnabry and Thomas Müller joined the action in the second half.

A tight first half saw no goals in London before Flick’s men raced out of the blocks following the resumption. Musiala was fouled in the box by Harry Maguire, with Ilkay Gündogan dispatching the penalty to open the scoring. Kai Havertz doubled the advantage shortly after before the Three Lions struck back three times through Luke Shaw, Mason Mount and a Harry Kane penalty. But Germany would level again when Havertz put away a parried Gnabry shot late on.
